RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

At Senkaculture, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Defective or Other Issues:

If you encounter any defects or encounter issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our dedicated team will work diligently to resolve all concerns promptly.

Incorrect Item:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will swiftly arrange to correct the situation by either delivering the correct items or providing a full refund.

Defective/Damaged Products:

For products that are defective, damaged, or faulty, please document the issue by taking photos or videos and email us at contact@senkaculture.com. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace or refund your purchase promptly.

PLEASE NOTE:

This policy does not cover instances of misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any form of abuse to the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return and refund policy extends for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return and receive your refund, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Ensure that the product remains in its original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are ineligible for a refund.

  2. Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing us at ccontact@senkaculture.com. Provide a detailed reason for your return and attach pictures or a video of the product that supports your claim. Upon approval, you will receive your RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for returning the product.

  3. To secure your refund, use a trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Ensure you label the item as a gift, as we do not cover custom fees for returns.

  4. Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the products, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a refund receipt via email, using the address associated with your initial purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Please note that there are certain situations where we may grant partial refunds, including if an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error or if an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please send an email to contact@senkaculture.com.

Sale/Promotion Items (if applicable):

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If canceled before processing or shipment, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking and credit card refund charges.

Invalid Reasons:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else

Return and Refund Policy for Clothing Items:

Please be aware that, due to the customized nature of our clothing products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that do not fit due to customer measurement errors. We strongly advise customers to take precise measurements and consult our sizing chart before placing an order.

We acknowledge that purchasing clothing online can be challenging, and we have provided comprehensive sizing information for each product. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase – we are here to assist you.

Please note:

Please track your packages. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.

We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by local post offices. ***

If Local Post office's Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!
